We are sure you're going to fall in love with your soy wax candles and melts. If you are dissatisfied with your product for whatever reason, please contact us so we can resolve any issues you may have.

Candles and soy wax melts will be exchanged or refunded if they have been deemed as faulty by nola & bear.

If a nola & bear product arrives damaged in transit, please send through photographic evidence ASAP to hello@nolaandbear.com.au
